At Namaste Pushkar, we understand that travel plans may change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be transparent and fair to our guests.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Guests may cancel their booking as per the cancellation terms mentioned at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation charges may vary depending on:

    • Room type

    • Season (peak/off-season)

    • Booking source (website, phone, or third-party platform)

  • Free cancellation (if applicable) must be made within the specified time period mentioned during booking.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only for eligible cancellations.

  • The refund amount, if applicable, will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank.


3. No-Show Policy

  • In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive and does not cancel), the full booking amount may be charged.

  • No refund will be provided for no-show bookings.


4. Early Departure

  • No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused nights after check-in.

  • Special cases may be considered at the discretion of hotel management.


5. Modification of Booking

  • Booking modifications (date change, room upgrade/downgrade) are subject to availability.

  • Rate differences may apply in case of modification.

  • Modified bookings are governed by the revised cancellation policy.


6. Force Majeure

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • The hotel reserves the right to offer credit vouchers instead of refunds in such cases.


7. Third-Party Bookings

  • Bookings made through third-party platforms (such as OTAs) will be governed by their respective refund and cancellation policies.

  • Namaste Pushkar shall not be responsible for refunds processed by third-party platforms.


8. Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

  • Such terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.


9. Policy Updates

  • Namaste Pushkar reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Extra beds can be booked in advance at an additional £30. Not all room types can accommodate extra beds, so please be aware that you may need to upgrade to a larger room. Cots are supplied free of charge. Any cots or extra beds must be booked in advance of arrival.

Guests are welcome to bring their pets to stay at Namaste Hotel and we welcome well behaved dogs to all our properties. Please notify us during the booking process or in advance of arrival.
